- The prices shown are total prices with everything included; there are no additional costs.
- Minimun stay is 2 nights.
- Reservations for more than a week include a full apartment clean and change of sheets and towels.
- During peak season, in particular Christmas and EASTER, prices increase by 30%.
CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION
When the reservation is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay price is charged.
The remaining 70% is paid on arrival in cash or credit card.
We recommend guests to take out travel insurance in case of cancellations due to force majeure.
Guests will normally stay in the apartment of their choice, unless due to unforeseen circumstances it was necessary to move them to the other property; something which they would be informed or as soon as possible.
If, in order to arrange guests reservations more suitably, it was necessary to move guests to the other apartment this would only be done with the prior consent of the guests.
ARRIVALS OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS
Please advise us if you are going to arrive outside of office hours or during a weekend as soon as possible. In this way we can organise things so that there is no extra cost involved.
