SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit it taken via credit card, and is returned within 48 hours of vacating the property.
CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION
When the reservation is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay price is charged.
The remaining 70% is paid on arrival in cash or credit card.
We recommend guests to take out travel insurance in case of cancellations due to force majeure.
Guests will normally stay in the apartment of their choice, unless due to unforeseen circumstances it was necessary to move them to the other property; something which they would be informed or as soon as possible.
If, in order to arrange guests reservations more suitably, it was necessary to move guests to the other apartment this would only be done with the prior consent of the guests.
ARRIVALS OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS
Please advise us if you are going to arrive outside of office hours or during a weekend as soon as possible. In this way we can organise things so that there is no extra cost involved.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Established arrival times are after 4 pm and departure times before 11 am.
We are completely flexible with regard to modifying these times provided that they do not affect the reservations of other guests. In such cases we are obliged to adhere to the established hours.
LOSS OF KEYS
The loss of keys will result in a retainer of 50 Euros being taken from the security deposit.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED
These are strictly NO SMOKING APARTMENTS. Failure to respect this will result in the loss of the security deposit.
PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED
Similarly, failure to adhere to this norm will result in the retention of the security deposit in addition to the immediate removal of guests from the apartment with absolutely no refund.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Occupation of the apartment by more guests than the permitted number will result not only in the loss of the security deposit but also immediate ejection from the apartment.
DISABLED ACCESS TO THE BUILDING
Due to the fact that there is no lift in the building, unfortunately there is no suitable access to the apartment for the disabled. Please bear this in mind when making a reservation.
CHILDREN
Children are very welcome in the apartments. Pushchairs can be left in the downstairs patio to make life simpler.
Whilst neither we nor the majority of our guests have felt it to be a necessary security measure, we can lend you a padlock.
