The living area is spacious and enjoys two balconies which face directly onto the street. As a result there is always plenty of light. The balconies are typical examples of balconies found in Madrid, and have wooden shutters on the inside.
The lounge has a brown leather NATUZZI sofa-bed which is 150 cm wide, covered with comfortable beige cushions.
The television unit is made of oak and orange glass.
The central rug is an oval shaped woollen rug and there is a wengue coffee table with orange glass. There are also two orange, synthetic leather footrests and a full-length mirror. The orange colours blend perfectly together to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The dining area consists of an orange glass wengue extendable table measuring between 90 and 180 cm, with four black and white upholstered wengue chairs. There is an adjustable table lamp which provides either white or orange light according to your taste.
To provide the finishing touches the walls are decorated with original paintings by the American artist Amy Giacomelli, undoubtedly on of our particular favourite artists.
At night, when the sofa-bed is in use, it is possible to close the shutters completely in order to prevent the light from disturbing your rest in the morning.
